- 多層の配線導体間を電気的に接続するスルーホ
ールを有する多層プリント配線基板において、上
記スルーホールと近傍した位置に上記配線導体間
を電気的に接続する小径のスルーホールが形成さ
れてなる多層プリント配線基板。
