- 互いに絶縁されて積層された複数層の内層導箔
が形成され表面の外層導箔にチツプ部品用の導箔
半田付部が形成された多層プリント配線基板にお
いて、前記導箔半田付部の領域内に前記内層導箔
と電気的に接続されたスルーホールを形成したこ
とを特徴とするプリント配線基板。
