- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 両外層導体層間の電気的導通を図ると共に、リ
ード線を挿通して半田付けするための主スルーホ
ールと、 この主スルーホールとは熱的不良導体部により
離隔されて上記両外層導体層間に設けられた、少
なくとも一層の内層導体層と、 上記両外層導体層の導体部上の上記主スルーホ
ールとは比較的離隔した位置において、上記両外
層導体層および上記内層導体層のうちの少なくと
一層の内層導体層との間の電気的導通を図るべく
形成され、リード線を挿通して半田付けするには
供されない副スルーホールと、 を具備してなることを特徴とする多層プリント配
線板。
