- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 垂直板の上端に上方に向かう傾斜板を有する一
対の側板をその傾斜板を内向させて対向配置して
これらの両端を一対の端板で連結し、 上記両側板の垂直板間の幅広部の幅を、同両側
板の傾斜板間の上端開口の幅より大きく設定し、 その幅広部に半導体ウエーハを適宜の手段で収
容支持し得るようにしたことを特徴とする半導体
ウエーハ薬液処理用治具。
