Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電力が実質的に30Wと300Wの間にあって実質的に点光源である光源( 15,15)と、該光源の後方に配置され焦点が前記点光源と実質的に一致し該 光源によって発生した光線の大部分を平行な通路で前方に反射させるように焦点 を形成する回転放物光反射面を有するリフレクタ(10,110)と、前記通路 に配置され所定の方向に進む出力偏光を発生し且つ少なくとも100cm2の断 面を有する偏光器(4,104)とを具備する、偏光で生物刺激するための治療 用ランプにおいて、該ランプがさらに前記放物面の回転軸線と一致する第1の軸 線を有する第1の管(3,103)を備え、前記リフレクタ(10,110)が 前記光源(15,115)とともに該第1の管にシール結合を得るように固定さ れ、該ランプがさらに前記第1の軸線とともに110°と120°の間の角度を 閉じる第2の軸線を有する第1の管(2,102)を備え、該管が実質的に等し く且つ円形の断面を有し、且つ一体的なハウジングを形成するように相互に取り つけられ、該管がともに前記第1及び第2の軸線によって定められる平面と直角 な平面によって該平面が両管の実質的に全体の断面を切断するように切断され、 よって楕円の輪郭線を有する開口部が形成され、該ランプがさらに該開口部を閉 じて前記第1の管から来た光線を前記第2の管の軸線の方向に偏向させる光線偏 向手段を備え、該光線偏向手段が熱伝導材料で作られ且つ熱放散を増加させる後 面を有する閉鎖プレート(24,124)と、前記第2の管(2,102)の正 面部分に配置されてその内部空間を閉じる光線通過プレート(7)と、前記リフ レクタ(10,110)に接触して前記光源(15,115)の作動温度を提供 するための静的熱放散手段とからなることを特徴とする治療用ランプ。 2.前記光線偏向手段がブルースターの偏光器(4,104)である偏光器から なり、前記第1及び第2の軸線の間に形成される角度がブルースターの角度の2 倍、約114°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の治療用ランプ。 3.前記ブルースターの偏光器が前記切断された開口部を実質的に覆う複数の間 隔を開けた平面平行のガラスプレート(23)からなることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の治療用ランプ。 4.前記光源が金属ハロゲンバルブであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の治 療用ランプ。 5.前記バルブを受けるためにソケット(16)が設けられ、該ソケットが熱伝 導材料のマウント(14,114)によって受けられ、該マウントが該バルブの 位置決めを可能とするために円筒形及びわずかに円錐形の穴を有することを特徴 とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の治療用ランプ。 6.前記リフレクタ(10)が亜鉛22から35体積パーセント、鉄0.3から 0.6体積パーセントを含むアルミニウム合金で作られることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の治療用ランプ。 7.前記静的熱放散手段が冷却用リング(12)として前記リフレクタ(10) に設けられ、該リフレクタ(10)が前記マウント(14)を受けるために軸線 方向のボア(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5及び6に記載の治療用ラ ンプ。 8.前記光線通過プレート(7)が400から450nmを越える波長成分を通 過させる光線フィルタプレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の治療用 ランプ。 9.前記バルブが、作動時の色温度が約3000と3200Kの間になるように 不足加熱されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の治療用ランプ。 10.前記一体的なハウジングの部分を形成する前記管(103,102)が好 ましくはプラスチックで作られ、該ハウジングが前記第2の管(102)の正面 及び上半分を取り囲み、且つ前記第1の管軸線とほぼ平行に間隔を開けた一対の 脚部(141,142)の形体で下向きに延び、且つ水平なロッド(143,1 44)に続く丸いバーを備え、前記第1の管がその正面領域に沿って延びかつ前 記第2の管で終端する中空の矩形状部分を備え、水平な突起(145)が前記水 平なロッド(143,144)の端部を受けるために前記矩形状部分(103a )の底部から延び出し、前記第1の管(103)が前記リフレクタ(110)及 び前記熱放散手段を含み、且つ前記第1の軸線と面角な底端部を有することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の治療用ランプ。 11.前記光源(115)に小さな電圧を供給するためのトロイド状トランスフ ォーマー(148)が前記第1の管(103)の前記放物面(111)の下方に 設けられ、光源を作動させるための電子回路が前記第1の管(103)の前記矩 形状部分(103a)の中空空面内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に 記載の治療用ランプ。 12.前記リフレクタ(110)が薄い金属シートで作られ、前記熱放散手段が 前記第1の管(103)の内部に嵌合された熱伝導材料のメンバ(146)から なり、該メンバが前記リフレクタ(110)の後側の形状と一致する上方凹陥部 を有し、該一致する表面が相互に取りつけられてよい熱伝導接続がそれら間に達 成され、冷却用溝(147)が該メンバ(146)の円筒外周部に設けられ、中 央穴が該メンバに前記光源(115)を保持するマウント(114)を受けるた めに設けられ、トロイド状凹陥部が前記トロイド状トランスフォーマー(148 )を受けるために該メンバの底部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の治療用ランプ。 13.前記電子回路が前記光源の点灯時間の長さを調節するタイマーと前記光源 を通る電流の立ち上がりを遅延させるための遅延手段とを備えることを特徴とす る請求項12に記載の治療用ランプ。 14.前記メンバ(146)がアルミニウム合金で作られ、且つ前記第1の管( 103)の底部へ延びる円筒底部分を有し、金属の閉鎖プレート(151)が前 記第1の管(103)の底部の中空キャビティ近くに取りつけられ、該閉鎖プレ ート(151)が冷却用溝を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の治療用 ランプ。 15.前記光線偏向手段がブルースターの偏光器(4,104)である偏光器か らなり、前記第1及び第2の軸線の間に形成される角皮がブルースターの角度の 2倍、約114°であり、前記光線通過プレートが400から450nmを越え る波長成分を通過させる光線フィルタプレート(7)であることを特徴とする請 求項10に記載の治療用ランプ。 16.前記光線偏向手段がミラーからなり、前記光線通過プレートが偏光フィル タであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の治療用ランプ。
