[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems.In addition to providing a circuit pattern for lighting an LED lamp on the bottom of a metal substrate, both side walls sandwiching the bottom are reflective. The main feature of the present invention is to have a flat surface, electrically connect a bent end portion of a lead frame of an LED lamp to the circuit pattern, and arrange a large number of LED lamps in parallel on the bottom portion.

[Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a metal substrate made of an aluminum plate, and a circuit pattern 3 for lighting an LED lamp 2 is provided on the bottom portion 1a of the metal substrate 1. The side walls 1b on both sides are formed into a parabolic shape and serve as reflective surfaces. The LED
In the lamp 2, the lower ends of the lead frame are bent outward from each other, and by soldering the bent parts 2a to the circuit pattern 3, a large number of LEDs can be assembled.
Lamps 2 are arranged side by side on the bottom 1a of the substrate 1.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the LED lamp 2 can also be mounted via a mounting plate 4 having notches 4a arranged side by side on its upper edge.
That is, the light emitting part 2'b is fitted into the notch 4a of the mounting plate 4 so as to straddle the LED lamp 2', and at this time, the lead frame is provided with bent parts 2'c that protrude inwardly from each other. If this is done, the bent portion will come into pressure contact with the mounting plate 4 and the LED lamps 2' can be temporarily fixed. By soldering the bent portions 2'a of the lead frames of each LED lamp 2' to the circuit pattern 3, the LED lamps 2' can be arranged side by side on the bottom 1a of the substrate 1.

By mounting the LED lamp 2' through the mounting plate 4 in this way, the LED lamp mounting work can be made more efficient, and the mounting plate 4 serves as a supporting member and has a reinforcing effect after mounting. The installation condition is extremely stable. In the figure, numeral 5 indicates components such as chip resistors and protection diodes attached to key points of the circuit pattern 3;
is a lens for light distribution.

Since the present invention is configured as described above,
Since the substrate 1 also serves as a reflector, there is no need to form a reflector by plating or the like as in the past, and since the substrate 1 acts as a heat dissipator, it is possible to prevent the brightness of the lamp from decreasing due to high heat. be able to.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, this invention is effective for metal substrates.
Since the LED lamp is mounted and the structure also serves as a reflector, there is no need to form a reflector in a separate process, heat radiation is good, the brightness of the lamp does not decrease, and the structure is simple, so it is cost-effective. It has excellent effects such as reducing the amount of down.
