FIG. 5 shows a signal lamp 91 of a conventional LED light source of this type in a main part. For example, a plurality of LED light emitting elements 93 are arranged in rows and columns on a substrate 92 which is previously wired on a printed circuit board. In addition to the arrangement, the resistor 94 is also arranged at an appropriate position using the wiring, thereby forming the LED signal lamp 91.

However, the LED light-emitting element 93 has a property that the light emission luminance is reduced due to an increase in environmental temperature.
When the D signal light 91 is turned on for a long time, the temperature rise in the central portion of the substrate 92 generally is so severe that the brightness decreases in this central portion, and as a result, the central portion of the signal light 91 becomes dark. In particular, due to the heat generated from the resistor 94 in particular, a significant decrease in luminance occurs in the LED light emitting element 93 disposed in the vicinity of the resistor 94, and the light emitting surface of the signal lamp 91 partially However, there is a problem in that an uneven luminance is generated, and solving these problems has been an issue.

In the present invention, as a specific means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, a plurality of LED light emitting elements and a current limiting resistor for connecting the LED light emitting elements to a power supply are incorporated in the same substrate and are housed in a housing. In the signal light for vehicles housed as an LED light source, the upper end portion of the back surface of the surface of the substrate on which the LED light emitting elements are provided has a shape that increases the surface area and projects rearward to also serve as a radiation fin. A bus bar for supplying the power and the resistor are collectively arranged, and a rear protruding portion for accommodating the bus bar is provided in the housing in a shape that enhances a cooling effect. The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problem by providing a vehicle signal lamp with an LED light source so as not to cause luminance unevenness in whole or in part.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. The reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 denotes a vehicular signal lamp (hereinafter abbreviated as lamp 1) according to the present invention, and the figure is shown in a vertical cross section in a state where the lamp 1 is mounted. The lamp 1 has a substrate 3 in which a plurality of LED light-emitting elements 2 are arranged, for example, in rows and columns, and the substrate 3 is housed in a substantially sealed state by a housing 4 for the purpose of waterproofing or the like. This is the same as that of the conventional example, but according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end portion of the substrate 3 is used to supply, for example, a ground potential to the back surface on which the LED light emitting elements 2 are provided. A plate-shaped bus bar 5 made of a metal member is arranged in a horizontal direction, and the bus bar 5 is designed to increase its surface area by extending its width rearward. At the same time, an appropriate position on the bus bar 5, for example, the LED
Terminal portions 51 corresponding to the rows of the light emitting elements 2 arranged in the vertical direction are provided, and the terminal portions 51 are connected to the terminal conductive portions 31 provided on the substrate 3 by means such as soldering. Further, a wiring conductive part 32 for wiring to the LED light emitting element 2 is provided facing the terminal conductive part 31, and the terminal conductive part 31 and the wiring conductive part 32 are electrically connected by a resistor 6. It has become something. That is, for example, the ground potential supplied to the bus bar 5 is supplied from the terminal 51 via the resistor 6 to the LED light emitting element 2.
, And the LED light emitting element 2 is connected to the resistor 6
As a result, the current is limited and the lamp is turned on, and at the same time, the resistors 6 are collectively disposed near the terminal portion 51, that is, at the upper end of the substrate 2 near the bus bar 5. The housing 4 is provided with a rear protruding portion 41 corresponding to the bus bar 5 protruding rearward (see FIG. 1).
However, the heat generated in the bus bar 5 in a form such as making the gap with the bus bar 5 narrow is reduced.
And has a shape that is advantageous for dissipating outside. Next, a description will be given of the operation and effect of the lamp 1 having the above-described configuration. The resistor 6 which is the largest factor of heat generation when the lamp 1 of this type is turned on is assembled at the upper end of the substrate 3 and With the configuration arranged near the bus bar 5 which is large and has a shape advantageous for heat radiation, it is possible to remarkably reduce the temperature rise at the time of lighting the portion where the LED light emitting element 2 is disposed. . FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the busbar 5 is filled with an adhesive 7 having good thermal conductivity such as silicon when the busbar 5 is housed in the rear protruding portion 41. By doing so, the bus bar 5
A further cooling effect can be expected. As shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive 7 may be a fin 7 ′ made of, for example, an aluminum plate, which is in contact with the inner surface of the rear projection 41 of the housing 4. By thermally connecting, a further heat radiation effect can be expected. Although not shown, it is also possible to freely attach a member having the same configuration as the fin 7 'to the outer surface of the rear protruding portion 41, and the point is to efficiently dissipate the heat generated in the bus bar 5. So any change that satisfies it is free.

As described above, according to the present invention, at the upper end portion of the substrate, a bus bar and a resistor having an increased surface area and protruding rearward are collectively disposed, and the housing has a rear protruding portion for housing the bus bar. The LED light source is equipped with a vehicle signal light, so that the most
By preventing the LED light emitting element from receiving, and by having the bus bar function as a radiation fin, it is possible to remarkably reduce the temperature rise when the LED light emitting element is turned on, and thus In addition, the present invention has an excellent effect in improving the quality of this type of vehicle signal lamp, which eliminates the occurrence of luminance unevenness even partially.
