The conventional high mount stop lamp is as follows:
Since it is an independent and separate structure, it is relatively expensive, and not only do many types of lamps have to be prepared depending on the size of the car to which they are installed, but also the installation position may vary depending on the car model. The problem is that it is not easy to install because it is sometimes subject to restrictions.

As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention provides a recessed part in a part of the inner side of the rear window, forms a lens-shaped part at the bottom of the recessed part, and a conductive metal pattern in the vicinity of the recessed part. A plurality of light sources are attached in correspondence with the lens-shaped portion, and a flexible substrate is provided with terminals connected to the light sources protruding on both sides, and the terminals are connected to the conductive metal pattern. The present invention provides a high-mount stop lamp characterized in that the flexible substrate is fixed with insulating tape, and the rear window itself serves as a lens, and the light source is simply attached directly to the rear window. , without being restricted by installation position.
Moreover, it can be easily installed regardless of the vehicle type.

Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail based on the illustrated embodiment. Reference numeral 1 is an automobile, and a lens-shaped portion 3 having a continuous predetermined length is formed in a part of the rear window 2 of the automobile, and the outer side is a flat surface. In addition, part of the rear window itself is used as a lamp. In this case, the lens-shaped portion 3 is provided with a concave portion 4 of a continuous predetermined length inside the rear window 2 by appropriate means, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
A lens cut is made at the bottom of the concave portion to form a lens-shaped portion 3 having a diffusion or light condensing lens function, and the lens function may be appropriately selected depending on the mode of use. On the inside of the rear window 2, a conductive metal pattern 5 is attached and fixed near the lens-shaped portion 3 or the recessed portion 4, that is, on both sides. Although not shown, the conductive metal pattern 5 is connected to a power source via a predetermined resistor and circuit. The light source 6 attached to the recessed part 4 corresponding to the lens-shaped part 3 is, for example, a light emitting diode (hereinafter referred to as
A large number of LEDs (called LEDs) are attached to the flexible substrate 7 in parallel, and terminals 8 to which each light source is connected are provided protruding from both sides of the flexible substrate 7. In this case, the light source 6 uses the necessary number of LEDs to produce the required brightness, and the connected rows of LEDs are not necessarily in a single row.
Multiple rows can also be provided above and below. When the flexible substrate 7 having the light source 6 is fitted into the recess 4, the terminal 8 and the conductive metal pattern 5 are electrically connected using a current-carrying adhesive or soldering means. Then, the flexible substrate 7 may be attached and fixed from the inside of the rear window 2 by using an insulating tape 9 or the like having an adhesive function on one side so as to be overlapped. Therefore, the inside of the recess 4 in which the light source 6 is fitted remains as a space. Furthermore, the light source 6, as shown in FIG.
In order to effectively concentrate light on the lens-shaped portion 3 side, a material with a high reflection rate such as aluminum is vacuum-deposited on the side that does not face the lens-shaped portion 10.
is formed so that most of the light reflected inside the reflecting portion 10 is directed toward the lens-shaped portion 3 side. It goes without saying that the light source 6 has approximately the same luminescent color as a stop lamp pre-installed on the vehicle, and is connected to the same circuit as the stop lamp, and is turned on when the brake is depressed.

As explained above, the high mount stop lamp according to the present invention has a concave part provided in a part of the inside of the rear window, a lens-shaped part at the bottom of the concave part, and a conductive metal pattern in the vicinity of the concave part. A plurality of light sources are attached in correspondence with the lens-shaped portion, and a flexible substrate is provided with terminals connected to the light sources protruding on both sides, and the terminals are connected to the conductive metal pattern. Since the flexible board is fixed with insulating tape, a part of the rear window itself functions as a lamp, eliminating the need for a separate and independent lamp.
Therefore, the structure is simple and the mounting position is not restricted in any way, regardless of the type of vehicle, which is an excellent effect. Furthermore, since a part of the rear window itself functions as a lamp, an excellent effect is achieved in that there is almost no loss of light. Further, a recessed portion is provided in a part of the inner side of the rear window, a lens-shaped portion is formed at the bottom of the recessed portion, and the lens-shaped portion is formed without protruding outward,
Since the light source is attached to a flexible board and fixed to the inside of the rear window with insulating tape, even a part of the rear window does not protrude to the outside, so cleaning is not only easy, but also the lens cut of the lens-shaped part can be changed. This also has the excellent effect of providing functions such as light diffusion and condensation.
