Claims (1)
- サイドヨークおよびセンターヨークを各々軟磁
性材料により中空円筒状に形成すると共にサイド
ヨーク内に同軸的にセンターヨークを配設し、サ
イドヨークの内周およびセンターヨークの外周に
夫々実質的に同一直径に形成した１対のサイドコ
イルおよび１対のセンターコイルを同軸的に配設
し、サイドコイルとセンターコイルとの間にＲ―
Ｆｅ―Ｂ系磁石材料により実質的に同一直径の中
空円筒状にかつ外周面に各々逆極性の磁極を出現
するように形成したラジアル異方性を有する１対
の永久磁石を同軸的に配設してなる可動子を軸方
向移動自在に設けると共に、磁束流が一方のサイ
ドコイル、永久磁石およびセンターコイルを横断
し、センターヨーク若しくはサイドヨークを経由
し、他方のサイドコイル、永久磁石およびセンタ
ーコイルを横断し、サイドヨーク若しくはセンタ
ーヨークを経由して一巡する経路を形成するよう
に構成したことを特徴とするリニアアクチユエー
タ。
