Claims (1)
- 軸方向に着磁して両端面に磁極を設け、この磁
極面に強磁性材料により中空円板状に形成したヨ
ークを固着してなる２個の中空円筒形の永久磁石
を、異極を対向させて同軸上に連結し、永久磁石
の内側にコイルを配設してなるフオーカスマグネ
ツトにおいて、永久磁石を温度係数が絶対値で０
．０２％／°Ｃ近傍にあるＲ２Ｃｏ１７系希土類
磁石材料によつて形成したことを特徴とするフオ
ーカスマグネツト。
