Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軸方向に着磁して端面に磁極を設けた中空
円筒状の永久磁石の端面に強磁性材料からなる中
空円板状のヨークを同軸的に固着すると共に、永
久磁石の内面に中心磁界調整用のコイルを同軸的
に配設してなるフオーカスマグネツトにおいて、
３個の永久磁石を異極を対向させ、かつ強磁性材
料からなる中空円板状のヨークを介して同軸上に
接続し、 Ｂ１Ｂ３＜Ｂ２ 但しＢ１，Ｂ３：端部の永久磁石の中心磁束密
度 Ｂ２：中間部の永久磁石の中心磁束密度 に形成したことを特徴とするフオーカスマグネ
ツト。 (2) 永久磁石間に介装させる中空円板状のヨー
クが軸と直交する分割平面を有する請求項(1)記
載のフオーカスマグネツト。
