Claims (1)
- 端面に磁極を設けた中空円筒形永久磁石の両端
面に強磁性材料からなり中空円板状に形成したヨ
ークを固着し、永久磁石の内側にコイルを配設し
てなるフオーカスマグネツトにおいて、永久磁石
をアルニコ系磁石合金によつて形成すると共に、
ヨークに円周方向を分断するような溝を設けたこ
とを特徴とするフオーカスマグネツト。
