Claims (1)
- センターヨークと同軸的に中空筒状のサイドヨ
ークを配設すると共に、これらのヨークの少なく
とも一端を磁気的に結合し、サイドヨークの内面
に軸方向に異なる磁極が隣接するように複数個の
永久磁石を固着し、前記センターヨークと永久磁
石との間に形成される磁気空隙内に中空筒状に形
成した可動コイルを軸方向移動自在に介装してな
るリニアアクチユエータにおいて、可動コイルの
少なくとも一端に強磁性材料からなるダンピング
部材を固着したことを特徴とするリニアアクチユ
エータ。
