第5図は従来の静電容量測定用CR発振回路の構
成図、第6図は第5図の静電容量測定用 CR発
振回路におけるコンデンサの損失が小さくなつた
ときに発振停止する理由を説明するための回路図
である。 1…燃料流路、2…電極層、3…電気絶縁層、
4…電気絶縁部、5a,5b…リード線、6…基
板、7…タイマIC、8…抵抗、9…コンデンサ
、10…電極板。なお、図中の同一番号は同一ま

  1. 燃料流路内に静電容量検出部を設け、この静電
    容量検出部の静電容量を測定して燃料中のアルコ
    ール混合率を検出するアルコールセンサにおいて
    、前記静電容量検出部を電極層の表面が電気絶縁
    層で覆つて形成されたことを特徴とするアルコー
    ルセンサ。
