Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 非導電性基板および該基板に配設された少なくとも２つ
    以上の電極からなり、これらの電極間あるいは少なくと
    も一方の電極に付着した被測定液体の量に応じて電極間
    の静電容量が変化する液体検出素子と、液体検出素子の
    静電容量の変化を検出し所定の電気信号に変換する信号
    変換手段と、液体検出素子に付着した被測定液体の温度
    を検出する温度検出手段と、信号変換手段の出力を被測
    定液体の温度＆と基づいて補正し被測定液体の量を検出
    する液体量検出手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする液量
    検出装置。
