  1. 素子基板、この素子基板に設けた少なくとも２個の分離
    した電極対、２個の分離した電極対の一方の電極対の各
    電極に接触し、その電極間に設けた第１の対環境感知材
    料、２個の分離した電極対゛の他方の電極対の各電極に
    接触し、その電極間に設けた第１の対環境感知材料と異
    なる第２の対環境感知材料を備えた複合検出素子。
