    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ｌ５ＦＥＴが形成された基板と同一基板上で、かつｌ５
    ＦＥＴのゲートの近傍位置に金属電極を形成し、少なく
    とも液交換時にはこの金属電極に電圧を印加せしめるよ
    うに構成したことを特徴とするｌ５ＦＥＴセンサ。
