    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属酸化物を成形焼結した感湿素体と、該素体の表裏両
    面に外周辺を残して形成した金または酸化ルテニウムか
    らなる第１電極層と、該第１電極層上の任意な箇所に形
    成した銀からなる第２電極層とを具備し、第１電極層と
    第２電極層の重ね合せ部を設けた電極構造としたことを
    特徴とする感湿素子。
