Claims (1)
- 対向して配設された一対の対向電極と、この対
向電極相互間に配設され且つ液面の上下動に追従
して上下動する容量可変用可動手段と、前記対向
電極間に生じる静電容量を検出する容量検出手段
とを有し、前記一対の対向電極を液面の上方の所
定位置に固着装備したことを特徴とする液面検出
装置。
