- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 オイル中に設置され、オイルの劣化をセンサ自
体の抵抗値の変化によつて検出するオイルの劣化
センサであつて、 センサ基板上に、オイルに接しない温度補償用
抵抗体と、オイルに接する劣化検出用抵抗体とを
積層状に配設したことを特徴とするオイルの劣化
センサ。
