Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 焼成室１内に着脱自在に取付けられるとと
もにパン生地を練るはね３を内部に取付けたパン
容器２と、前記はね３を回転させるモーター４と
、パン生地の焼成時に通電されるヒーター５と、
このヒーター５の熱を焼成室１内で循環させるフ
アン６と、パン生地の温度を検知する温度センサ
ー７と、この温度センサー７を介して前記のモー
ター４、ヒーター５及びフアン６への通電を制御
する制御回路８とを夫々本体９内に設け、更に容
器２内でパン生地を練り、発酵させ、かつ、焼成
する一連のパン製造工程を自動的に行うものにお
いて、練り工程の途中に休止工程を設け、この休
止工程中に検出したパン生地の温度を介して以後
の発酵工程における温度Ｔ３を設定するプログラ
ムを前記の制御回路８に設けたことを特徴とする
自動製パン機。 (2) 前記休止工程中に検出したパン生地の温度
を介して以後の後練り工程における温度ｔ３を設
定するプログラムを前記の制御回路８に設けたこ
とを特徴とする請求項第１項記載の自動製パン機
。
