Claims (1)
- パン材料を投入して混練及び発酵及び焼成を行
う焼成ケースを備えると共に、前記焼成ケースの
温度調節を行う送風フアン及びフアンヒータを設
ける装置において、該フアンを駆動するフアンモ
ータと前記ヒータを配設すると共に、前記ヒータ
を作動させたときに前記フアンモータが作動しな
い場合、製パン器の動作を中止させるべく構成し
たことを特徴とする製パン器の加熱制御装置。
