Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 容器内のパン材料の混練、発酵及び焼上げを
行なう各行程を自動的に制御する制御装置と、前
記容器に向けて送風するフアンとを備え、前記制
御装置は前記混練行程時及び焼上げ行程終了後の
一定時間だけ前記フアンを作動させるように構成
されていることを特徴とするパン製造器。 ２ 制御装置は、混練行程においてパン材料の温
度が設定温度未満の時に熱源を断続的に作動させ
るように構成されていることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパン製造器。
