Claims (1)
- 焼成室１内に着脱自在に取り付けた容器２と、
この容器２内で回転してパンの材料をねるねり羽
根３と、ねり羽根３の動力源たる電動機４と、容
器２に圧接させた温度センサー５と、焼成室１の
下方に取り付けたヒータ−６とでなる自動製パン
機において、前記焼成室１に容器２を取り付けた
時の容器２の上端と同一面よりわずかに高い位置
にしやへい物検出装置７を取り付けたことを特徴
とする自動製パン機。
