- パンケース内に各種材料を入れ且つ水を注加後
に混ねつ、発酵、焼きの工程を自動化した製パン
器に於て、発酵中並びに焼き入れ中に水を噴霧し
てパン生地表皮の乾燥を防ぐ事並びにパン焼き上
げの艶と硬化を計る様にした事を特徴とした製パ
ン器。
