Claims (1)
- パンケース内にパン生地等を混練する撹拌装置
を設け、パン生地の混練から発酵、ガス抜き、焼
き上げまでの工程を自動的に行なう全自動パン作
り機に於いて、パンケースを収納する収納容器の
外部にヒーターとフアンとを設け、ヒーター通電
時には熱風を、又パンの焼き上がり後には冷風を
上記収納容器内に供給するようにした事を特徴と
してなる全自動パン作り機。
