    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製パツケージを挿通するように支持したリ
    ードと、該金属製パツケージに搭載したマイクロ
    波回路を構成する基板とをボンデイングワイヤで
    接続し、かつ金属製キヤツプで封止したマイクロ
    波集積回路において、前記基板の端部をテーパ状
    に形成してその端縁の板厚を小さくし、かつ前記
    リードが金属製パツケージ内に突出される長さを
    前記基板の端縁の板厚に略等しい長さに設定した
    ことを特徴とするマイクロ波集積回路。
