Claims (1)
- ガラス基板の主面とカバーガラスの端部とが低
融点ガラスで封止され、前記ガラス基板の主面上
に形成した陽極配線と外部引き出しリードとが接
続されてなる螢光表示管において、前記陽極配線
と前記外部引き出しリードとが接続される部分が
前記カバーガラスの端部の領域下となつているこ
とを特徴とする螢光表示管。
