Claims (1)
- 電極と、該電極に接続する配線とを有する基板
ガラスとカバーガラスとを低融点ガラスにて封着
して形成されたガラス製気密容器の前記基板ガラ
ス側から前記カバーガラス側へ通ずる前記気密容
器を貫通する貫通管を備え、前記密容器内を真空
にした蛍光表示管において、前記貫通管が前記カ
バーガラスと一体化成形された構造を有すること
を特徴とする蛍光表示管。
