Claims (1)
- 陽極基板とフエースガラスをスペーサガラスを
介して気密封止して外容器を構成し、該外容器内
を真空にしたのち封止用キヤツプにて封止する蛍
光表示パネルにおいて、前記封止用キヤツプの外
面が前記陽極基板の外側表面より突出しないこと
を特徴とする蛍光表示パネル。
