Claims (1)
- 絶縁材を箱状として気密空間を形成すると共に
、前記箱状の気密空間の上端面に金属枠を全周に
わたつて形成し、前記絶縁材の側壁にクランク状
のリード端子を前記気密空間と外部とに貫通する
ように設けた気密端子において、前記箱状の絶縁
材は金属封着用ガラス層を積層したガラス−セラ
ミツク複合ガラスよりなる基板と、この基板上に
金属リード端子を封着した金属封着用ガラスより
なる側壁とを有することを特徴とする気密端子。
