- 陽極ガラスと、該陽極ガラスに封着されたスペ
ーサガラスと、該スペーサガラスに封着され真空
容器を形成するカバーガラスとを備え、前記真空
容器の一部に排気用の排気穴が形成された蛍光表
示管において、前記排気穴を前記真空容器内面の
大きさが前記真空容器外面の大きさよりも大きく
形成したことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
