- 真空外囲器に排気孔を有し前記真空外囲器を真
空に排気した後前記排気孔を封止ふたにて封止す
る蛍光表示管において、前記封止ふたをガラス棒
とし、前記排気孔に挿入して封止したことを特徴
とする蛍光表示管。
