    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板上に薄膜導電層を配線層として形成し
    た陽極基板を具備する螢光表示管において、前記
    絶縁基板上に前記薄膜導電層の各々のリード端子
    部分を露出させがて絶縁層を形成し、これらリー
    ド端子部分に、該各リード端子部分をそれぞれ被
    覆すべく前記絶縁層の一部に重ねて厚膜導電層を
    形成したことを特徴とする螢光表示管。
