Claims (1)
- 誘電体層で被覆された電極を有する一対の基板
から成るガス放電表示板において少なくとも一方
の基板上に第１層として透明電極と透明電極を外
部端子と接続する金属導体層を形成し、第２層と
して少くとも上記金属導体層を被覆する様に遮光
層を形成し、第３層として前記遮光層及び透明電
極を被覆する誘電体層を形成した３層構造を有す
ることを特徴とするガス放電表示板。
