Claims (1)
- カバーガラス内面に形成された透明導電膜に、
帯電する電荷を外部へ導電するためのネサ端子と
してフイラメント電極と拡散型ネサ端子とのうち
のいずれか一方の一部を用い、前記カバーガラス
側面の一部に前記透明導電膜と前記ネサ端子とを
接続する導電膜を形成し、前記透明導電膜と、前
記フイラメント電極と前記拡散型ネサ端子とのう
ちいずれか一方と導電を得る構造を有することを
特徴とする蛍光表示管。
