    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 陽極基板と該基板上に封着された外囲器とによ
    り真空容器を形成し、この真空容器内の前記陽極
    基板上に実装されたフイラメントおよびその他の
    各電極を該陽極基板上の各々の配線層を介して外
    部へ導出してなる螢光表示管において、前記陽極
    基板上に、該陽極基板上の各配線層を保護すると
    ともに、前記外囲器より外部へ露出するフイラメ
    ント用配線層の露出部を保護するように絶縁層を
    被覆形成したことを特徴とする螢光表示管。
