Claims (1)
- 電子を放出するフイラメントと、電子の加速制
御を行う制御電極と、絶縁基板上に特定の表示パ
ターン形状に塗布された蛍光体層を有し、かつ各
電極から配出したリード端子を外囲器外の基板上
で別に準備した外部リードに電気的に接合して成
る蛍光表示管に於いて、外囲器外の基板上にリー
ド端子群を囲む様にガラス質から成る絶縁層を凸
状に設置したことを特徴とした蛍光表示管。
