Claims (1)
- 周縁に圧着用フランジを有するベースに挿通孔
を設け、この挿通孔にリード線を挿通して絶縁材
で封着するとともに、この絶縁材に前記ベースの
上下面から突出させて絶縁材スタンドを連成した
ことを特徴とする気密端子。
