Claims (1)
- ベースにリード線挿通孔を形成するとともにこ
のリード線挿通孔に、回路素子に接続するための
リード線を挿通して絶縁材で気密に封着した気密
端子において、前記ベースを肉厚の大きい部分と
小さい部分とに分割し、前記肉厚の大きい部分に
リード線挿通孔を形成し、リード線を前記絶縁材
で封着するとともに、前記肉厚の小さい部分上部
に空隙を形成可能にしたことを特徴とする気密端
子。
