Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の目的〕 産業上の利用分野 本発明はヒートポンプ式マルチエアコンシステムにおけ
る各室内熱交換器の使用とその停止を切り換えるための
電磁弁に関する。
従来の技術 ヒートポンプ式マルチエアコンシステムは、複数の室内
熱交換器を並列に接続して1系統の冷凍回路中に組み込
んだものであるが、各々の室内熱交換器はそれぞれ独立
に使用されあるいは使用を停止することが必要とされる
。従って従来はそれぞれの室内熱交換器への冷媒配管に
設けた電磁弁をそれぞれ独立に操作して、室内熱交換器
への冷媒供給を開閉するようにしていた。このような従
来のエアコンシステムの例を第2図に示すが、冷房時に
は圧縮機へから四方弁Bを通り室外熱交換器Cおよび主
絞りDを経て、分流用絞りES電磁弁Fから室内熱交換
器Gへと冷媒が供給され、四方弁Bを経て圧縮機Aへ戻
るようになっている。
このとき電磁弁Fと並列に設けられたバイパス絞りHに
は逆止弁Iが設けられているので、電磁弁Fを閉じるこ
とにより室内熱交換器Gへの冷媒供給は完全に停止する
このシステムでは、暖房時には上述と逆方向に冷媒が流
れるが、電磁弁Fを閉じたときには室内熱交換器Gの中
で凝縮した冷媒は逆上弁Iを通じてバイパス絞りHへ流
れ、僅かずつ回収されて冷媒が蓄積しない。従って、使
用再開時に急激に冷媒が流れるための騒音発生がないも
のである。
解決しようとする問題点 前述のエアコンシステムにおいては各室内熱交換器への
冷媒配管を閉止する電磁弁に並べて逆止弁と冷媒回収用
のバイパス絞りとを設けなければならず、配管の組み立
てが複雑となり占有容積も大きく、コスト高となること
を免れることができなかった。
そこで本発明は、通常の電磁弁における全開と全開の2
位置作動の機能に加えてバイパス絞りと逆止弁機能をも
有する小型の電磁弁を提供しようとするものである。
〔発明の構成〕
問題点を解決するための手段 前述のような目的を達成することができる本発明の電磁
弁は、第1流体口と第2流体口との間に設けた弁座を弁
体によって弁室側から開閉する電磁弁において、該弁体
内には該第1流体口に続く弁本体内部流路と該第2流体
口に続く弁本体内部流路とを連通ずる漏洩通路を設け、
該通路内に第2弁座が設けられた第2弁室を形成してな
り、ばね付勢された第2弁体を該第2弁座に対し常時圧
着するよう構成してなるものである。
作用 このような構成を有する本発明の電磁弁は、開状態では
双方向の流体流通が自由であるが閉状態では一方向にお
いて差圧があるときに流通が可能となり、逆方向では流
通が起らない。そして、電磁弁の閉状態における流体の
流通量は、弁体内に設けた通路の流通抵抗を変更するこ
とによって適宜設定しうるちのである。
実施例 本発明の電磁弁の1例を第1図に示す。図において、1
は弁本体であって1aは第1流体口、1bは第2流体口
である。弁室ICには第2流体口1bに通ずる弁座1d
が設けられ、弁体2が弁ばね3によって弁座1dに向け
て付勢されるように設けである。4は吸引子、5は電磁
コイルである。
弁体2には、その軸部分に第2弁室2aが形成されてお
り、第2弁室2aと弁室ICとの間に連通路2bが設け
である。また弁座1dから第2流体口1bに通ずる流路
1eに臨む弁体2の先端部から第2弁室2aの底面に形
成された第2弁座2Cに通ずる絞り通路2dが設けられ
、第2弁座2Cに対して第2弁体6が弱い第2弁ばね7
によって付勢圧着されている。
このように構成された本発明の電磁弁は、第1流体口1
aから第2流体口1bへ向かう流体が、コイル5を励磁
して弁体2を吸引しないと流通することができないよう
になっている。しかし、第2流体口1bから第1流体口
1aへ向かう流体は、弁体2が吸引されたときには大量
に流れることができる一方、弁体2が吸引されずに弁体
ばね3によって弁座1dに着座しているときでも、弱い
差圧があれば絞り通路2dから第2弁室2as連通路2
bを経て少しずつ流れることができる。
このような本発明の電磁弁において連通路2bと絞り通
路2dとは相互に位置を交換して設けられていてもよく
、また第2弁体6と第2弁座2Cとで形成される逆止弁
の方向が逆、すなわち第1流体口1aから第2流体口1
bへ向う流れを許容するようにしてあってもよい。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の電磁弁は前述のような構成を有するものであっ
て弁閉時にも冷媒の回収が可能であるヒートポンプ式マ
ルチエアコンシステム等において、電磁開閉弁と逆止弁
とを並設する必要がある場合に使用することにより、コ
ンパクトで高信頼性の設備を組み立てることができる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 第1流体口と第2流体口との間に設けた弁座を弁体によ
    って弁室側から開閉する電磁弁において、該弁体内には
    該第1流体口に続く弁本体内部流路と該第2流体口に続
    く弁本体内部流路とを連通する漏洩通路を設け、該通路
    内に第2弁座が設けられた第2弁室を形成してなり、ば
    ね付勢された第2弁体を該第2弁座に対し常時圧着する
    よう構成したことを特徴とする電磁弁。
