Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 折り部を介して上片部、中片部、下片部が連接
    された所持体が、前記折り部でＺ字状に折り畳ま
    れ、前記上片部の上面側には隠蔽する必要のない
    非秘匿情報表示部が設けられ、前記中片部の下面
    側と前記下片部の上面側とは、少なくとも折り部
    と反対側に沿つた辺部分で、通常では接着せず所
    定の条件が付与されると接着可能となり、接着後
    は剥離不能な状態で接着されるとともに、この剥
    離不能な接着部分の内側は、通常では接着せず前
    記剥離不能な接着部分と略同一条件が付与される
    と接着可能となり、接着後に剥離可能な状態で接
    着されることにより、全面的に接着される一方、
    前記上片部の下面側と前記中片部の上面側とは、
    通常では接着せず所定の条件が付与されると接着
    可能となり、前記剥離不能な接着部分と略同一条
    件が付与されると接着されることにより、全面的
    に接着され、これら各接着部分のうち剥離可能な
    接着部分には秘匿すべき情報が表示された秘匿情
    報表示部が設けられたことを特徴とするカード状
    の隠蔽情報所持体。
