Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空蒸着装置の蒸着金属加熱装置用電磁コイル
であつて、該電磁コイルの巻数Ｎ、電流ｉ、空間
の透磁率μ、コイル半径ａ及びコイル間隔ｄによ
つて求められる ＢμｉＮ２・ａ２（ｄ２＋ａ２）３／２なる式を
満足する磁束密度Ｂを調整する手段を備え、軸方
向磁場分布を一様としたことを特徴とする蒸着金
属加熱装置用電磁コイル。
