- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転可能なチヤツクに被塗布材の裏面を支持し
て処理容器内に配置し、この被塗布材の表面に塗
布材を滴下し、被塗布材を回転することにより塗
布材を塗布する塗布装置に於いて、 チヤツクに支持される被塗布材の裏面と対向す
る位置に固定された固定ベースに、被塗布材の裏
面を洗浄する洗浄ノズルを支持したことを特徴と
する塗布装置。
