コモンベースの）、４８：スライドベース、５０
：ガイドレール、５２：シフトシリンダ、５４：
ガイド部（ベアリングボツクスの）、５６：ガイ
ドバー、５８：支持ブラケツト、６０：ガイド部
（支持ブラケツトの）。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱筒を支持するコモンベースと、該加熱筒内
    に挿入された射出スクリユを回転可能に支持する
    ベアリングボツクスと、該ベアリングボツクスに
    一体的に取り付けられて該射出スクリユを回転駆
    動する回転駆動手段と、該ベアリングボツクスを
    前記コモンベースに対して前後方向に相対移動さ
    せて、前記射出スクリユを前記加熱筒内において
    前進・後退移動せしめる射出シリンダとを備え、
    型締装置の固定盤に対して接近・離隔移動可能な
    状態でスライドベース上に載置されて、シフトシ
    リンダにて該スライドベース上を移動せしめられ
    ることにより、該型締装置の固定盤に対して接近
    ・離隔移動せしめられるようにした射出装置にお
    いて、 前記コモンベースの後方に支持ブラケツトを配
    置して、それらコモンベースと支持ブラケツトと
    の間で前記射出スクリユと平行にガイドバーを支
    持せしめると共に、それらコモンベースおよび支
    持ブラケツトに対して前記スライドベースに設け
    られたガイドレールと摺動可能に嵌合するガイド
    部を設け、且つ該コモンベースに対して前記シフ
    トシリンダを連結して、該シフトシリンダにて該
    コモンベースを移動せしめることにより、該ガイ
    ドバーおよび該支持ブラケツトを該コモンベース
    と一体的に移動せしめるようにする一方、前記ガ
    イドバーに摺動可能に嵌合するガイド部を前記ベ
    アリングボツクスに設けて、該ベアリングボツク
    スを該ガイドバーにて支承せしめ、前記コモンベ
    ースの移動に伴つて該ベアリングボツクスが該コ
    モンベースと一体的に移動せしめられるようにす
    る一方、前記射出シリンダ若しくは前記回転駆動
    手段の作動に基づいて、該ベアリングボツクスが
    該コモンベースに対して前記射出スクリユの前後
    方向に相対移動せしめられ得るようにしたことを
    特徴とする射出装置。
