Claims (10)
- 外装缶の内圧上昇時に開弁するガス排出弁を上面に設けた電池セルを、複数積層した電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の上面に設けられ、前記ガス排出弁と連通する第一ガスダクトを画成する第一カバーと、
前記第一カバーの上面に設けられ、前記第一ガスダクトの上面に第二ガスダクトを画成する第二カバーと、
を備える電源装置であって、
前記第一カバーの上面に、前記第一ガスダクトと第二ガスダクトとを連通する連通孔を複数形成しており、
前記第一カバーは、前記複数の連通孔が隣接する間を区画する区画用リブを設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
前記第二カバーが金属製である電源装置。 - 外装缶の内圧上昇時に開弁するガス排出弁を上面に設けた電池セルを、複数積層した電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の上面に設けられ、前記ガス排出弁と連通する第一ガスダクトを画成する第一カバーと、
前記第一カバーの上面に設けられ、前記第一ガスダクトの上面に第二ガスダクトを画成する第二カバーと、
を備える電源装置であって、
前記第一カバーの上面に、前記第一ガスダクトと第二ガスダクトとを連通する連通孔を複数形成しており、
前記第二カバーが金属製である電源装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記第一カバーは、前記電池セルの前記ガス排出弁とオフセットさせた位置に、前記連通孔を開口させてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記第一カバーは、前記連通孔の周囲に、前記第二カバー側に突出させた連通用リブを設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記連通孔が、スリット状に形成されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記第一カバーが樹脂製である電源装置。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池セルは、
上方を開口した角形の外装缶と、
前記外装缶の開口を閉塞する封口板と、
を備えており、
前記封口板の中央部分に、前記ガス排出弁を設けており、
前記第一ガスダクトは、前記電池セルの積層方向、及び該積層方向と直交する側面方向にガスを排出するよう構成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一に記載の電源装置を備える車両であって、
前記電源装置と、該電源装置から電力供給される走行用のモータと、前記電源装置及び前記モータを搭載してなる車両本体と、前記モータで駆動されて前記車両本体を走行させる車輪とを備える車両。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一に記載の電源装置を備える蓄電装置であって、
前記電源装置と、該電源装置への充放電を制御する電源コントローラとを備えており、前記電源コントローラでもって、外部からの電力により前記電池セルへの充電を可能とすると共に、該電池セルに対し充電を行うよう制御する蓄電装置。
