Description
配線収容空間27には、配線C1がまとめられて収容されている。通気空間28は、エアが流通する空間であって、本体部15内に連通すると共に排気口13に連通する。通気空間28は、下流部25内における仕切り板26よりも下側の空間である。通気空間28内には、一対の駆動回路60が配置されている。
Claims (7)
- 所定方向に長尺状の筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、少なくとも前記所定方向に沿って並ぶ複数の発光素子と、
前記筐体内に配置され、前記発光素子と熱的に接続された1又は複数の放熱部材と、を備え、
前記筐体における前記所定方向の一方側の一端部には、外部から前記筐体内にエアを吸い込む第1吸気口が設けられ、
前記筐体における前記所定方向の他方側の他端部には、前記筐体内から外部へエアを排出する排気口が設けられている光源装置において、前記筐体に取り付けられた遮光ケースであって、
前記光源装置の光を前記光源装置外に漏れないように遮光し、
前記遮光ケースの内部には、前記発光素子の光が照射される被照射物が通過する通過領域は形成されず、
前記遮光ケースの内部では、エアが、前記筐体の長手方向である前記所定方向に流通し、
前記筐体には、前記発光素子からの光を透過させる光照射窓が設けられ、
前記遮光ケースは、前記光照射窓を遮光するように前記筐体に取り付けられ、
前記遮光ケースの前記光照射窓側の面には、前記発光素子の光が照射される被照射物が通過する前記通過領域が形成されており、
前記遮光ケースは、前記通過領域を通過する前記被照射物に前記発光素子の光が照射される際の前記発光素子の光を遮光する、遮光ケース。 - 前記遮光ケースにおける前記光照射窓側と反対側の壁部は、二重壁構造とされ、
二重壁構造の当該壁部の内部の空間では、エアが流通しない、請求項1に記載の遮光ケース。 - 前記筐体に着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の遮光ケース。
- 前記遮光ケースの内部が、ファンのエアの出口側と連通し、
前記遮光ケースの内部では、前記ファンにより吸い込まれて圧送されたエアが所定方向に流通し、当該エアにより前記遮光ケースの前記光照射窓側が冷却される、請求項1に記載の遮光ケース。 - 前記遮光ケースの内部において前記所定方向に流通したエアは、遮光ケース排気口から前記筐体に流入して、前記筐体の内部で前記第1吸気口から吸い込まれたエアと合流する、請求項4に記載の遮光ケース。
- 前記筐体内には、前記所定方向の他方側が前記放熱部材に面する空間が形成され、
前記筐体における前記第1吸気口と前記排気口との間の側面には、外部から前記空間にエアを吸い込む第2吸気口が設けられている、請求項1に記載の遮光ケース。 - 前記第2吸気口は、前記筐体において、前記発光素子が光を出射する側以外に設けられ、
前記第2吸気口が面する空間は、前記筐体内における前記放熱部材が配置される領域において、前記放熱部材が形成されていない部分である、請求項6に記載の遮光ケース。
