Claims (7)
- ガスボンベのガス出入口におけるガスの出入方向に沿って孔が形成されており、前記ガス出入口を閉じるキャップ本体と、
前記キャップ本体の前記孔に配置されており、前記孔の前記ガスボンベ側の開口を塞ぐタイヤバルブと、
を備え、
前記タイヤバルブは、バルブステムを有し、
前記バルブステムが、前記出入方向に沿って、第1端部と、前記第1端部に対向してガスボンベ側に第2端部を有し、
前記第1端部が、前記キャップ本体から、前記出入方向に沿って突出している、
ボンベキャップ。 - 前記タイヤバルブは、
前記バルブステムの前記第1端部側に内蔵されたバルブコアと、
前記第1端部を露出した状態で、前記バルブステムの外面を覆う胴体部と、
を更に有し、
前記胴体部によって前記開口が塞がれている、
請求項1に記載のボンベキャップ。 - 前記胴体部の材料は弾性部材であり、
前記胴体部において前記バルブステムの第2端部側の部分には、全周に亘って凹部が形成されており、
前記胴体部の軸線から前記凹部の底面までの長さは前記孔の半径に実質的に等しい、
請求項2に記載のボンベキャップ。 - 前記バルブステムの前記第1端部側を閉じるバルブキャップを備える、
請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のボンベキャップ。 - ボンベキャップが有するキャップ本体がガス出入口に取り付けられたガスボンベ内のガスを、前記キャップ本体に取り付けられたタイヤバルブを介して排気する工程と、
前記ガスボンベ内に前記タイヤバルブを介して不活性ガスを充填加圧する工程と、
を備える、
ガス置換方法。 - ガスボンベのガス出入口から前記ガスボンベ内に不活性ガスを吹き込み、前記ガスボンベ内のガスを前記不活性ガスに置換する工程と、
前記ガス出入口を閉じるキャップ本体と、前記キャップ本体に取り付けられたタイヤバルブと、を有するボンベキャップを、前記不活性ガスに置換する工程を経た前記ガスボンベに取り付ける工程と、
前記ガスボンベ内に前記タイヤバルブを介して不活性ガスを充填加圧する工程と、
を備える、
ガス置換方法。 - 請求項5又は請求項6に記載のガス置換方法により不活性ガスが加圧状態で充填されたガスボンベを製造する方法。
