Claims (9)
- 粘性接着剤用塗布装置(1)であって、
粘性接着剤用の第1供給部(5)を有する基体(2)と、
ノズル本体(4)であって、
前記基体(2)に対して軸(3)の周りで回転可能であり、且つ、
前記基体(2)の一部を、前記軸(3)に対して径方向外側で取り囲む、ノズル本体(4)と
を備え、
前記ノズル本体(4)は、ノズルチャネル(13)を有し、
前記ノズルチャネル(13)は、
前記塗布装置(1)から前記接着剤を排出するためのノズル開口(14)を、第1端(31)に有し、且つ、
流入口(19)を、第2端(32)に有し、
前記ノズル本体(4)と前記基体(2)は、前記第1供給部の開口(18)を介して前記ノズルチャネル(13)の前記流入口(19)に接着剤を輸送できるように位置合わせされており、
第1動的シール(12)は、前記基体(2)を覆っており、
前記第1動的シールは、
内側(20)では、前記基体(2)の外壁(15、21)に寄り掛かり、且つ
外側(22)では、前記ノズル本体(4)の内壁(23)に寄り掛かり、
周方向において前記基体(2)を取り囲む分離剤チャンバ(11)が形成されており、
前記分離剤チャンバ(11)は、
径方向内側においては、前記基体(2)の前記外壁(15、21)により画定されており、且つ
径方向外側においては、前記ノズル本体(4)の前記内壁(23)により画定されており、
前記基体(2)に、分離剤用の第2供給部(6)が形成されており、
前記第2供給部は、分離剤を供給するために、前記分離剤チャンバ(11)に流体接続されており、
前記第1動的シール(12)は、前記軸(3)の方向において、前記分離剤チャンバ(11)と前記ノズル本体(4)の前記ノズルチャネル(13)の前記流入口(19)との間に形成されており、
前記基体(2)に、前記分離剤チャンバ(11)と流体連通している排出管(7)が形成されている

前記排出管(7)は、前記軸(3)と平行に延在している

塗布装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置(1)であって、
第2動的シール(29)は、前記分離剤チャンバ(11)の一方側に形成されており、
前記分離剤チャンバ(11)の前記一方側は、前記第1動的シール(12)に面している側と反対側である
塗布装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置(1)を使用することであって、
接着剤(26)を、接着対象の表面(30)に塗布するための使用。 - 請求項5に記載の使用であって、
前記接着剤(26)は、ポリウレタンベースの接着剤を含む
使用。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置(1)を用いて接着剤(26)をペイン、特にフロントガラス(27)に塗布するための方法であって、
前記接着剤(26)は、前記第1供給部(5)を介して前記ノズルチャネル(13)に供給されて、前記ノズルチャネル(13)からノズル開口(14)を通って前記ガラス(27)上に輸送され、
前記接着剤(26)のビードが、前記塗布装置(1)を前記ガラス(27)に対して移動方向(28)に移動させることにより、前記ガラス(27)上に生成され、
前記ノズル本体(4)は、前記ノズル開口(14)が前記移動方向(28)とは反対側を向くように、前記塗布装置(1)の前記基体(2)に対して回転する
方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、
前記接着剤(26)は、ポリウレタンベースの接着剤を含む
方法。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の方法であって、
前記接着剤として、チキソトロピー性の水硬化性接着剤が使用される
