Description
Claims (8)
- ベース板部材と、
前記ベース板部材の角部分に結合され、前記ベース板部材を囲み、閉断面で形成されて前記ベース板部材を支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の外側面の下端部に結合して閉断面を形成し、外部衝撃を吸収する吸収部材と、
前記ベース板部材の幅方向に連続した形態で一端部は前記ベース板部材に結合され、他端部は折り曲げられた形態で備えられ、前記ベース板部材に装着されたバッテリーパックの上面を支持するパック固定部材と、
互いに隣り合う複数の前記パック固定部材の間の間隙に挟まれる凹部が形成され、前記パック固定部材の他端部にそれぞれ結合され、前記パック固定部材を弾性的に支持するホールディング部材と
を含む、バッテリーケース。 - 前記吸収部材は、
前記支持部材と一定間隔離隔して配置される対面板部と、
前記支持部材と前記対面板部との間に配置される間隔板部と
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーケース。 - 前記間隔板部は、少なくとも一部にしわ誘導溝を含み、
前記しわ誘導溝は、ベローズ(bellows)形態で形成された、請求項2に記載のバッテリーケース。 - 板材の両端部を正方形の閉断面に成形した後、前記板材のセンター部を直角に折り曲げて、両側の前記正方形の閉断面の頂点が接する接点が形成されるとき、前記接点部分を溶接することで、前記吸収部材及び前記支持部材は一体に形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーケース。
- 前記支持部材は、閉断面を形成する内部に支持パイプが備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーケース。
- 前記凹部は、弾性によって外側に膨張する板ばね形態で備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーケース。
- 前記ホールディング部材は、前記凹部に緩衝素材が充填された形態で備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーケース。
- 複数のバッテリーパックが装着される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーケースと、
前記バッテリーパックと連結されて駆動力を提供するエンジンと、
前記エンジンが設けられ、前記バッテリーケースが結合される車体フレームと
を含む、自動車。
